A redesign of our existing Enterprise Tools. I worked to organize key metrics, analytics and make the overall UX better for our Customer Support agents and internal teams.
Keeping the user in mind was priority for this redesign. Tackling challenging UX issues, organizing metrics & analytics in a structured way and making information easily accessible & available were goals for this redesign.
I introduced a Dashboard concept where our internal teams and agents could view metrics & analytics quickly. Updating the visual look to a modern color theme but maintaining neutral undertones ensures a design that doesn't need constant visual updates.
